Menthol crystals (the cooling sensation — genuine, not fake)
Eucalyptus oil, cedarwood oil (the scent)
Glycerin, Panthenol (prevents post-workout dryness)
Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative — paraben-free)
Citric acid (pH 5.2)

How to use

Apply to wet skin post-workout. Lather, inhale, rinse. The cooling hits about 15 seconds in — that's the menthol working, not a problem.
