- Menthol crystals (the cooling sensation — genuine, not fake)
- Eucalyptus oil, cedarwood oil (the scent)
- Glycerin, Panthenol (prevents post-workout dryness)
- Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative — paraben-free)
- Citric acid (pH 5.2)
How to use
- Apply to wet skin post-workout. Lather, inhale, rinse. The cooling hits about 15 seconds in — that's the menthol working, not a problem.
